By-laws

The founders are teachers from the University of Sofia “St. Climent Ohridski” as well as teachers from the Primary Logopedian Boarding-school in Totleben village, Pleven region (now reduced to Home for Children Without Parental Cares – the Boarding-school is closed)
(1) Aims of the Foundation ( according to the statute)
1. To help for the development and deepen the moral qualities, the society, education, science, the culture
2.To help the children from all ages and social levels , as well as children with speech faults, orphans and needy children to grow up, educate and find realization in their jobs.
3. To help the professional orientation and professional education, school practice and work training in Bulgaria and abroad.
4. To straighten the international contacts and Euro-integration in the field of education.
5. To help for the social adaptation of needy children and children from large families and orphans.
6. To keep safe the prestige of the school, its development and preservation, to straighten its connections and work for its contacts with foreign organizations of the type.
7. To take care for the preservation of the school, in particular to the inheritors of the Primary Logopedian Boarding-school(schools and socials homes), its property, its right exploitation and to stop its unconscious usage.
(2) The foundation has not the purpose of material profit. No part of its income can be used under any circumstances for personal work to whoever of the members of the foundation or others.

5. Methods for the completion of the aims:
1. To organize the education of children from all ages and social levels into children gardens and schools with general and professional education.
2. Activities aiming the organization and registration of children gardens, schools as well as different courses and out-of-class work.
3. Organizing out-of-class and course work, computer and internet education, as well as relaxation and free-time for the students.
4. Encouraging and stimulating the excellent students and giving aid to individuals or in groups to needy children in the process of their education.
5. Working methodically, organization and production of programs and textbooks in different levels for the education of children with speech faults and actualizing their practical use and realization
6. Making active contacts and cooperation with Bulgarian and foreign organizations of the type, exchanging students and exchanging knowledge and giving help in the social orientation and in choosing a school.
7. Organizing meetings, conferences and discussions, dedicated to the problems of the education, professional education and work-realization of children in particular to the orphans.
8.Making public relations, cooperation with schools of the type in abroad.
9. Creating prestige for the school, in particular to the inheritors of the Primary Logopedian School and Social Homes and preventing initiatives aiming to destroy this prestige as well as preserving their property and taking care of its right usage. To locate, analyze and resolve problems, connected with the education and work realization of children of all ages and social levels, needy children, children with speech faults and orphans.
To help the social adaptation of needy children, children from large families and orphans.

1. Organizing the education of children of all ages and social levels in children gardens and General and professional schools.
2. Participating in all kinds of activities, connected with the organization and registration of children gardens, schools, as well as courses and out-of-class activities.
3. Organization of courses and out-of-class activities, education in computer sciences and work in internet, children’s relaxation and free time.
4. Encouraging and stimulating the excellent pupils and giving aid personally or in groups to needy children in the process of their education.
5. Working methodically, organizing and publishing programs and textbooks (in different levels of training) for the education of children with speech faults, putting those materials in practice and finding realization in the class-work
6. Making active contacts cooperating with Bulgarian and foreign organizations of the type. Exchanging students and knowledge and giving help in their social orientation and in choosing a school.
7. Organizing meetings, conferences and discussions, dedicated to the problems of the education, professional education and work realization of children, especially to orphans.
